Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
When can I ask for a refund, return and exchange?
Refund, Return, and Exchange of the item only available or acceptable when the item received by you has obvious defects and/or the item has been wrongly sent out.
Refunds, Return, and Exchange of items are unavailable or unacceptable in the following situations:
i) the size of the item that you have ordered does not fit you; or
ii) the item does not "look good" on you.
The measurement of the size of the item is clearly provided on the website. Therefore, you are advised to measure according to the size chart before you proceed to place the order.
How can I proceed to refund, return, and exchange the item?
1. Kindly contact us by submitting your Order ID and a photo of the defective and/or wrong item.
2. Our customer service team will reply to you as soon as possible. Once the refund, return and exchange is approved by us, kindly arrange the return of the item within 7 days from the day you receive the item. Any return of the item exceeding 7 days from the day you receive the item is not acceptable.
3. Once the item got returned to our warehouse, we will check the condition of the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
4. We cover the shipping fees incurred during the return, refund, and exchange process. However, we are not responsible for any loss happened until we receive the item.
How long will I receive my refund?
1. Once all the above steps are complete, we will start the refund process.
2. You will receive your refund on your purchasing card/PayPal within 3-5 days.
